PLATINO is an innovative 2D laser cutting machine with a Cartesian, cantilever structure, that takes up very little floor space, is totally accessible, easy to transport and quick to install.
 

The automatic and programmable control of the focal position and rapid lens change enable you to switch instantly from one material to another and from processing thin pieces to thick ones without the need to make any adjustments. With these features and performance, PLATINO is an excellent machine for high productivity, ideal for laser job shops, fabrication shops and diversified manufactures.

SYNCRONO is a radically innovative machine for the very fast and accurate cutting of the sheet metal, even on very complex trajectories.



With an acceleration two times higher than benchmark machines and with innovative technical solutions allowing to eliminate vibrations and to combine maximum performances with maximum efficiency, SYNCRONO represents a giant leap forward in the evolution of laser machines.

Reality beyond 1000 holes per minute
SYNCRONO reaches an effective acceleration (i.e. during cutting) of over 6 g. More than 1000 holes per minute, twice as many as the fastest machines on the market, are an excellent demonstration of its performances.

Two machines in one for an unequalled efficiency SYNCRONO is based on an utterly unique solution. There are in fact two machines in one, perfectly synchronized: one small and light head, with very high dynamics and minimum moving masses and one larger machine, with a wide working area (3000x1500 mm). The two machines are coordinated by patented algorithms, for the most advantageous distribution of the movements throughout the axes. An active compensation cancels the vibrations deriving from the high dynamics.

DOMINO is an innovative laser machine for two and three-dimensional applications that cuts both flat sheet and shaped pieces, overcoming the conventional distinction between 2D and 3D machines. Boasting the structure and performance of a "flatbed" machine, limited overall dimensions to save on workshop space, and a large work volume (2500 x 1250 x 370 mm), DOMINO is a true 5-axis machine that cuts 3D pieces up to a height of 160 mm, with any head orientation.

 

 

Its improved dynamics make DOMINO suitable for high production speeds. Its agile, compact head allows very complex processing without the risk of interference with work pieces and equipment. The heavy-duty head allows the machining of different materials and thicknesses and accurate control of the process without manual intervention. This is made possible by the numerical controlled F-axis for the automatic and programmable management of the lens position independently from the stand-off (distance between nozzle and work piece surface).
