GEKA SINGLE CYLINDER IRONWORKERS

The GEKA series of Single Cylinder Machines consist of four different models - the Microcrop, Minicrop, Multicrop and the newest to the family the Bendicrop.

These machines offer 3, 4 and 5 working stations, punching, shearing of flats, round/square bar cutting/angle cutting, notching and a bending station. Machine capacities range from 36 metric tons to 50 metric tons. Like the Hydracrop series, angles are cut with no slug loss and no deformation.

All Single Cylinder Machines include large working tables with scales and stops, easy stroke adjustment, adjustable swing away stripper, quick-change punch holder and jog switch and much more.

GEKA DUAL CYLINDER IRONWORKERS

Geka Dual Cylinder Ironworkers The GEKA series of HYDRACROP machines are a two cylinder, dual operator Ironworker with 5 workstations; punching, shearing of flats, round/square bar cutting, angle cutting and a notching station. Machine capacities range from 55 metric tons to 220 metric tons and angle cutting capacities from 120 x 120 x 10 mm (4" x 4" x 1/2") to 205 x 205 x 18 mm (8" x 8" x 3/4") angle. Angles are cut with no slug loss and no deformation regardless of the size on angles you cut!

Standard equipment on all HYDRACROP machines is a production package, which includes a set of 10 round punches & dies, magnetic based halogen work light, large precision punch table, precision notching table with stops and inch scales, and a 39” universal electric length back stop for automatic cutting.

	Each package includes the follow items: • Precision punching table with inch scales & stop. • Precision notching table with inch scales & stop. • Universal electric bar stop, 1-meter long (39”) Allows one operator to automatically cut long bar stock with no difficulty. • Magnetic base machine work lamp with Halogen bulb. • Ten (10) sets of round punches and dies in the following sizes: 5/16", 7/16", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 13/16", 7/8", 15/16", 1-1/16". Each die is 1/32" larger than the punch • In House demonstration and training

Punching Machines

The GEKA series of PUMA punching machines are built with your punching needs in mind. PUMA is available in 5 different models with 2 versions of each model, standard deep throat and an extra deep throat version.

Machine capacities range from 55 metric tons to 220 metric tons. Standard deep throat and extra deep throats on PUMA machines allows flexibility for you when working with large plates. Throat depths range from 500 mm (20”) to 800 mm (32”) dependant on which machine model.

All PUMA machines are equipped with special features; high-speed hydraulic systems, standard precision “gooseneck” die holder (for punching I-sections and U-sections on the web or flange without having to buy additional tool holders), large gauging tables with stops and scales and a specially designed guide structure to better absorb off-center loads and thus better protect the hydraulic seals.
