PROPORTIONAL AUTOMATIC CROWNING DEVICE:

The automatic proportional crowning device is entirely managed by numerical control; it goes into position automatically, in proportion to the plate that is being processed.

 


Gasparini X-Press


The new range of X-PRESS press brakes, available from 25 to 150 tons and from 1250 to 6000 mm in length, is the result of the company's desire to adapt the standard configuration of its machines to the evolution of market requirements. In fact their characteristics of high versatility and high performance allow a great variety of product types to be executed, reducing work times and maintaining a high quality standard in the result.
The main features of this range are large spans and down-strokes, descent and return speeds higher than average, reduced work cycle times, great precision of positioning and repeatability, constancy of the bending angle.

ACTIVE CROWNING SYSTEM ACSG1 :


Gasparini's press brake can boast fully automatic positioning without the need for any further corrections; bending operations can be performed centrally or laterally in the machine , regardless of the length and the load of the work piece.

REFLEX :

New proportional frame deflection compensation system that allows making any bend with a constant angle, regardless the length of the work piece.
